This piece is about the power of the single stroke technique which Ali Omar Ermes employs as a hallmark of a number of his works.
It explores the vast richness of the Arabic language and the magnitude of depth of expression in Arabic with the simplest and most direct method or as complicated as you wish.
In both approaches you find powers of expressions that match th e powers of impressions.
The original artwork was produced in 1979, inks on paper, its size is approximately 75cm x 100cm.
The artwork is in the Sultan Qabuse Collection.
